生物科技界籌款挺英雄 「射鵰英雄宴」重現江湖
【HKBIO】】25年前，中環鏞記酒家受武俠小說泰斗金庸和美食家蔡瀾所託，赴台炮製「射鵰英雄宴。正當人們忘記這次由武俠小說衍生出來的盛宴，一班生物科技界人士為召集界內「英雄」參加9月的生物科技展覽，與鏞記重新打造「射鵰英雄宴」，並藉此籌款，以支持生物科技界未來的「年輕英雄」。宴席每道菜，例如「二十四橋明月夜」，都取材自小說內容。
