MD/PhD, Psychiatrist/Professor, Director of the Brain Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He is also the director of the Institute of Neuroscience of Zhejiang University, Chairman of the School of Medicine Council and Vice President of Zhejiang University. Graduated from the former First Military Medical University, Prof. Li received his bachelor’s and a doctoral degree in medicine. Previously, he served as Assistant Dean of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Vice President of the Second Affiliated Hospital, Executive Dean of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, etc. Prof. Li has been engaged in teaching, scientific research and clinical work of mental diseases for a long time, focusing on understanding the circuit and molecular mechanisms underlying the emotions and related disorders, in identifying targets to develop therapeutic strategies for treating psychiatric disorders such as anxiety and depression disorders. He is the chief scientist of the Major Project of the National Natural Science Foundation “Mechanisms and Clinical Translation of Anxiety Disorder” and the Major Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology “Research on the Neural Circuit Mechanism of Fear Emotion”. Representative papers have been published in Cell, Nature Medicine, Nature Neuroscience, Neuron, Biological Psychiatry, etc. He also obtained a number of invention patents such as diagnostic kit for depression. Prof. Li has received the National Distinguished Youth Fund. His numerous honors include the First Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology, the Tan Jiazhen Life Scientific Innovation Award, the Wu-Yang Award, and the Chinese Society for Neuroscience-CST Outstanding Neuroscientist Award.

梁希同，北京大学生命科学学院助理教授，北大-清华生命科学联合中心、北大麦戈文脑科学研究 所、定量生物学中心研究员。主要研究头足类动物（包括乌贼和章鱼）的行为、智能与仿生，关注动 物行为多样性的神经和演化机制，并致力于人工智能技术在行为学研究中的运用和脑启发人工智能研 究，代表性成果发表在 Nature 、Science 、Neuron 、PNAS 、Current Biology 等期刊。

从事⼈⼲细胞相关研究⼗余年，研究⽅向集中在⼈ PSC 多能性维持与退出的表观遗传调控机 制、早期三谱系细胞命运决定的机制、⼈功能细胞分化等。在 Nature Methods、Cell Stem Cell、 Nature Communication 等期刊发表通讯或第⼀作者数⼗篇，篇均应用超过 60 次。获得授权专 利 3 项（包括 1 项 PCT）；获国家自然科学将⼆等奖 2 项、⼴东省科学技术⼀等奖 1 项；获⼴ 东省特殊支撑⼈才计划杰出⼈才、国家重点研发计划首席科学家等荣誉。

裴端卿教授，西湖大学讲席教授。裴端卿教授主要从事细胞命运决定机理、体细胞重编程技术与机制、功能性细胞的制备及其临床应用、干细胞多能性方面的研究。裴教授首次发现iPSC 过程 EMT/MET 偶联的现象；阐明了维生素 C 大幅提高 iPSC 诱导效率的机理；建立以人尿液中上皮细胞为起始细胞的 iPSC 诱导方法。裴端卿是 EMBO associate member, Memberof Academia Europa; 二次获得国家自然科学二等奖，中国科学院杰出成就奖。

马智谦教授于 1997 年在香港科技大学获得理学学士学位，2000 年在香港大学获得哲学硕士学位。2005 年，他在牛津大学获得哲学博士学位。随后，他前往美国，在波士顿儿童医院和哈佛医学院师从克利福德·沃尔夫教授进行博士后研究，2011 年加入香港城市大学。他曾获得香港大学的尤德爵士纪念奖学金（1997 - 1999 年）、牛津大学的裘槎基金会奖学金（2001 - 2004 年）以及哈佛大学的奖学金（2005 - 2007 年）。

齐桓博⼠现任 SG Diagnostics 新加坡及香港公司首席执⾏官，致⼒于推动亚洲地区慢性病与传染病的即时诊断技术发展。她拥有南洋理⼯⼤学材料科学博⼠学位，具备逾⼗年在纳米材料、⽣物传感器及转医学领域的跨学科经验。齐博⼠长期领导科研团队，成功推动多项诊断平台商品化，拥有七项国际专利。她曾在新加坡南⼤和南京研究院担任研究主管。她带领 SG Diagnostics 在超过 20%的本地诊所部署创新诊断⽅案，并拓展⾄香港及东南亚地区，积极应对⼈⼝健康挑战。她的愿景是通过可扩展的创新技术，推动医疗服务的普及化、数字化与社区化。

秦川，北京协和医学院长聘教授，中国医学科学院学术咨询委员会学部委员，发展中国家科学院院士，亚洲 实验动物学会联合主席，国际比较医学学会主席。
从事实验动物学研究 40 年，建立了首个多物种多品系的人类疾病动物模型资源库—中国国家人类疾病动物 模型资源库。主持制定国家实验动物标准体系，强化从业人员规范化培训与动物福利保障，促进国际交流合作。 成果累计为医药研究与制药企业提供了 6.8 万余次技术服务，产生了巨大的社会和经济效益。以第一/通讯作者发表 SCI 论文 176 篇，含 Cell、 Nature、 Science8 篇 ；主编专著 37 部，含全国高等教育统编教材 6 部。多次入选科睿唯安"高被引科学家"，荣获国家科技进步二等奖等多项国家级奖项。

Dr Qin graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Suzhou Medical College in 1980, received Master’s degree of Medicine from the Suzhou Medical College in 1985 and Doctor’s degree of Pharmacology from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1994. From 1994-1999, he finished postdoctoral training at the National Institutes of Health USA (NIH) and, from 1999-2003, he was employed as a lecturer and assistant investigator at Harvard University. From 2003 to 2023, he was working as a professor of Pharmacology, graduate student supervisor, Director of Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine at Suzhou University. Now he is the director of Institute of Health Technology, Suzhou Gaobo Vocational College. He is an associate director of Anti-aging Branch of Chinese Gerontology and Geriatrics Society, a member of Editorial Committee of Acta Pharmacologica Sinica. Dr Zheng-Hong Qin, has been engaged in pharmacology teaching and research for about 40 years. He has trained nine postdocs, 25 PhD students and 67 master’s students.There are many innovative achievements in the study of immune modulation and applications of cobra neurotoxin in autoimmune diseases and neurological diseases, He has published about 250 SCI papers and published three monographs (with total citations more than 26000 times, H-index 74). He was named as the most cited Chinese scholar in 11 consecutive years from 2014-2024. He is listed as one of global top 2% scientist in the world and one of 100 most-influential pharmacologist in China.

Richard Stone is the senior international correspondent for the weekly journal Science. He also serves as Special Advisor, Science Diplomacy and Engagement, for the international Human Frontier Science Program organization in Strasbourg, France. His overseas experience includes stints as a Fulbright Scholar at Rostov State University in Rostov-on-Don, Russia in 1995- 96 and at Kazakh National University in Almaty, Kazakhstan in 2004-05. Stone opened the Beijing bureau of Science in 2007, and spent 5 years in China. Among many highlights, he and Bruce Alberts, President Emeritus of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences, interviewed former Premier Wen Jiabao for Science in 2008. He is the author of the nonfiction book Mammoth: The Resurrection of an Ice Age Giant.
